Inquiries & FAQs
Why is my manual awning so hard to wind?
A stiff winding mechanism usually indicates a failing internal gearbox, stripped gears, or lack of lubrication. Continued forcing will snap the winder. We can replace the specific gearbox component quickly.
Can you replace just the fabric instead of the whole awning?
Yes. If the structural frame and mechanical arms are intact, we can extract the old, torn, or faded canvas and install a fresh, UV-resistant fabric, saving you the cost of a full new system.
