Inquiries & FAQs
Why is my manual awning so hard to wind?
A stiff winding mechanism usually indicates a failing internal gearbox, stripped gears, or lack of lubrication. Continued forcing will snap the winder. We can replace the specific gearbox component quickly.
My electric awning is stuck open, can you help?
Yes. A stuck awning is highly vulnerable to wind damage. Do not attempt to force it. Our emergency engineers can manually override the tubular motor or gearbox to safely retract and secure the awning.
